At WV KidsFest, a subsidiary of PA KidsFest, we believe that every child deserves the support they need to succeed—regardless of their circumstances. That’s why our tutoring program is designed to be both inclusive and affordable, with special options for families in need.
✅ Free Tutoring
If your child has a developmental disorder or your family receives any of the following benefits, you qualify for 100% free tutoring (4 hours per month):
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Dyslexia
Down Syndrome
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
Medical Assistance
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children Program)
Free or Reduced-Price School Lunches
💲 Affordable Option
If you do not receive these benefits, tutoring is still available at a low cost:
$200 per month for 4 hours of one-on-one tutoring support.
Tutoring is currently provided virtually by PA KidsFest until we open our in-person center in West Virginia.
