This Sweepstakes is sponsored by PA KidsFest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at:
800 West State Street, Suite 303, Doylestown, PA 18901.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to win.
The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2025. The entry period will remain open until the minimum fundraising threshold is met, as described in Section 6.
You may enter the Sweepstakes through one of the following methods:
Make a donation through the official PA KidsFest website.
Every $20 donated equals 1 entry.
A donation of $100 equals 25 entries and includes a free STEM kit shipped to you.
There is no limit to the number of entries via donation.
All donations and entry purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including delay in the drawing.
To enter without making a donation, complete both of the following steps:

Like the official WV KidsFest Facebook page, comment on the sweepstakes announcement post, and share it publicly to your timeline.

Winners will be randomly selected to receive one of the following prizes:

Prizes are awarded “as is” and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash. Winners may not choose their prize; assignments will be made at random.
To preserve the integrity and sustainability of PA KidsFest’s charitable programs, no prize drawing will be conducted until a minimum of $3,500 in total donations is received.
If the $3,500 goal has not been reached by July 4, 2025, the entry period will remain open until that threshold is met. The drawing will occur only after the $3,500 mark is officially reached. All eligible entries submitted up to that point will be included in the drawing.
Participants will be notified of progress toward the fundraising goal via PA KidsFest’s official website and social media.
Once the $3,500 fundraising goal has been met, winners will be selected in a random drawing within 5 business days. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, an alternate may be selected.
All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued over $600 will require completion of IRS Form W-9 and may result in a 1099-MISC being issued.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances arise.
Information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and communicating with participants. Information will not be sold or shared.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
